The complex “HPA Luxury Life” was born with the purpose of bringing daily comfort to the typical luxury hotels.Located in Padenghe sul Garda, on a hilly terrain with a beautiful lake view, consists of exclusive houses with a contemporary concept, able to to offer modern, airy, luminous and high-tech spaces.
The need to customize each of the apartments according to the specific requests of the client has led to the collaboration with our experts and in particular with the designers of the Sirmione Store showroom, who have measured themselves with the need to create unique environments in compliance with a common thread that was appropriate to the prestige of the context. Personalization is therefore born not only from the furnishing elements, but above all from the concept of living desired by the different owners who can be families, couples or young singles, so here are environments suitable for conviviality as well as relaxation, solutions designed for daily living or for holiday stays.
A mix of needs that generates a new project every time on the basis of which Luigi Ferrario, head designer of the Store team, puts a basic consistency linked to essentiality and comfort that goes perfectly with the concept from which the whole residential complex. The images represent an example of the result to which the compositional process has brought. Bright spaces, set up to exploit the natural light coming from the large openings, defined by essential furnishings in the shapes and colors, comfortable to live. The living area is designed as an open path to the outside, where the equipped space is confronted with a central island, and then scan the dining area and the living room facing the lake. Even the rooms interact with the outside through sliding doors and windows. The services are designed as small wellness areas. Home automation regulates lighting and plant engineering aspects, designed to give maximum comfort in all seasons of the year.
