This soft-toned mansion located on the main floor of the building is in the historic center of Mantua: here, over time, two buildings from different eras have merged, clearly visible in the pattern of the ceilings, but at the same time uniformed by a classic Italian herringbone floor. From the beginning, the owners had very clear ideas: to create an elegant home without ever losing sight of the practical side, here a mirror of the needs of the family. Therefore, having identified the Squassabia Group in the figure of the architect Roberto Motta as the only interlocutor, a continuous and constructive confrontation was born that accompanied the entire path of the renovation work to reach the goal. Starting from the entrance, the atmosphere in all the rooms is the same: elegant and relaxing, with attention to every detail. The house, gathered around to a large terrace, it is very bright, almost distorting the classic internal / external relationship of city environments.
